today went fantastic, it was everything id want out from a Pe routine, no problems whatsoever

today i tried using a different lube for jelqing….. baby oil gel, as i was doing it i saw little white specks all over my penis. i didnt feel as though i was jelqing right, as i always do wiht petroleum jelly. i then realized that the white specks were my latex gloves comming apart, so i took them off and washed my penis, putnew gloves on and started wiht petroleum jelly, in the first 5 minutes one of the gloves broke, i was angry, but i put another one on, and continued, overall today wasnt too bad, but not as good as other days
Today i was sore as son as i did my first stretch so i decided to do a short work out, better something than nothing

This is going to be my first post so then i guess ill specify which stretches i do. in the order i usually do them
stretch down to the right
stretch down to the center
stretch down to the left
stretch straight out to the right with leverage at the leg
stretch straight out to the center
stretch straight out to the left with leverage at the leg
stretch out using leverage over the thumb to the right
stretch out using leverage over the hand upward
stretch out using leverage over the thumb to the left
stretch out forward/ downward using leverage on the wrist ( i believe this is called the A-Stretch)
stretch out upward to the right using leverage at the leg
stretch out upward to the center
stretch out upward to the left using leverage at the leg
2 bundled stretches, 1 twisted to the left and one to the right
 todays routine
