After starting my log I quickly took 3 days off. This is horrible as you can see being consistent in this business is difficult. My routine for tonight before bed…

well what can i say, i was off for a while, and now im back on, it feels great to be doing PE again, but as usual when i start doing it again after a break it is difficult to keep my wang  down during stretching and up during jelqing. happy about my gains :)

AMAZING WORKOUT TODAY, i really felt it, and i got lots of red dots, so i like to see that cause i think it help me see that im diong it right, anwyays, official stats to come in 11 days, i just cant wait, i think im going to do my routine 7 or 8 days straight and 2 days off from now on, soemthing like that, i feel as though it is quite effectvie, gives me enough time to heal ,and then i feel like im doing good stretching, PE really works :-D

unfounrtanatley i took today off again, im too tired to do my routine and its to late to do it, but tommorow im gonna hit it non stop till the 23rd, cause i have gains, i couldnt resist and i measured, i gained about 3/8″ or 1/2″ bonepressed :) and about 3/8″ non bonepressed, and 1/8″ girth
