First Impression: When you pull the Max-Vac out of the wrapping depending on the package you get your staring at a very confusing tool but confusing does not mean ineffective. The package I got included 2 Tube’s a 5.5 and a 5.5 and above or something I can’t exactly remember the measurements as it was bought for me by jkisineffect and not by me. Also included is a hand pump, a 2 way valve to hold pressure in the tube and 5 sheaths to help to create an air tight seal between your penis and the suction tube. Reading a little on www.mynewsize.com and watching a few demonstration videos in the forums I figured out how to use the tool effectively as it will more then likely take anybody a few sessions to work out the kinks but once you have figured them out the Max-Vac is a breeze to use. So anyways first impressions as I was getting to is the Max-Vac has a quality construction and from my personal experience with the product the Max-Vac will never fail or break as long as you don’t abuse the product. The thing I can’t stress enough is to make sure you are using the Max-Vac correctly and know the right pressure in the tube for you. The first time I hung not only did I use too much pressure but I didn’t insert my penis in to the tube correctly. The correct way is to lube up a sheath and let the Max-Vac hand pump pull your penis into the tube via air pressure.

General Use and Feel: Once you know what you are doing the Max-Vac will take you under a minute to prepare and put on for a session. The first thing you have to get used to is the pressure inside the tube for those non-pumpers it is an interesting feel seeing your penis expanding and feeling the pressure. For the first couple weeks I am going to try to keep the PSI*pounds per square inch* at around 10 PSI. It is the most comfortable and I find my penis is not yet accustomed enough to pumping to be able to do anything above but I do not expect my penis to take that long to be able to accommodate more pressure. The first thing you notice compared to a clamping hanger such as the bib hanger is it is so much more comfortable and circulation is not hindered during your hanging sessions. Do I think the Max-Vac is Effective: One simple word, YES! I have been doing penis enlargement long enough to be able to know when something is pulling on the right or wrong spot. One of my favorite things about this is the entire penis is pulled on and not jus the skin. I have noticed that the skin around my turkey neck is not being pulled on nearly enough as the Bib hanger I would even venture far enough as to say the pull compared to the Bib is about 25% on the turkey neck skin. The turkey neck pull was by far my least favorite thing about the Bib and the Max-Vac has all but eliminated it. I have been only doing straight out hanging with the Max-Vac and the pull on my tunica is something I can feel and maybe I just couldn’t feel it with the Bib cause the only thing you feel is the clamp on your penis.
