Vacation Nation Routine

Warm-up (5+ Minutes):
An essential element to a PE routine is the warm-up. Heat prepares the penis for exercise by increasing blood flow. Also, heat loosens the corporal bodies and the penile anchoring systems. Various sources of heat may be used including hot wraps using a wash cloth and hot water, warmed body oils, heating pads and IR lighting. Also, a hot bath or shower may be adequate. The warm-up period should last at least 5 minutes.

Basic Stretching (6 minutes):
Straight Down (SD): 1 minute total, intervals of 30 seconds
Straight Up (SU): 1 minute total, intervals of 30 seconds
Straight Out (SO): 1 minute total, intervals of 30 seconds
SD to the Left: 1 minute total, intervals of 30 seconds
SD to the Right: 1 minute total, intervals of 30 seconds
Rotary Stretch: 1 minute total, 30 second intervals; 1-clockwise, 1-counter clockwise

MaX-Vac
If you are new to hanging, I would start with 3-5 pounds and limit sessions to 30 minutes. After a few weeks, I would ramp up session time and use the same starting weight. After you can hang for 1 hour sessions, start increasing weight in increments of 1-2 pounds.

Basic Jelqing (10 Minutes):
Complete 300 jelqs, 2 second intervals. For two weeks.
After 2 weeks, complete 600 jelqs, 2 second intervals.

Extender
I’m not a big fan. I would wear as long as tolerable after a hanging routine. This may actually inhibit length gains due to the lack of blood supply and the “turteling” effect after use. Your penis will retract due to pain and suffering LOL. I’m not sure it’s worth the benefits during use Vs. the after effect.

Is there a link between height and penis size?

This has to be one of the oldest and most widespread myths about the penis. While the shape of a woman’s breasts, hips and legs could be, at the very least, guessed regardless of the clothes she was wearing, the size of a man’s penis has always been notoriously hard to fathom without direct observation. Of course, there are some men who can boast, easily observed, bulging crotches, but such cases are rare. Many people believe that, height aside, penis size can also be guessed from some visible body part or other. Penis size is believed to be related to the size of the nose, ears, hand (measured from the wrist to the fingertip) or foot.

In 2002, the British Journal of Urology International published a study conducted on 104 men whose feet sizes ranged from 8 to 13. The researchers found that there is no correlation between the size of the male foot and penis size. It’s true that the study did not focus on height as a way of identifying penis size, but the result has every chance of applying to it. Penis size does not follow the same rules as bones and muscles, which have to match the overall height in order to sustain body weight and maintain the erect posture. The penis should be compared with the ears and the nose as an appendage that is not influenced by body height.

Although it is true that the development of the penis while the embryo is inside the womb is controlled by the same genes as the limbs, there is no direct correlation between the limbs and penis size. The overall development of the human body during childhood and puberty is controlled by a large number of genes and hormones and it is highly unlikely that the size of two different and not directly linked parts of the body would be controlled by the same gene or hormonal effect. Such myths are always cropping up here and there and there’s no indication they will ever vanish from the huge body of ideas shared by mankind. Still, it’s the job of scientist to do them justice or disprove them once and for all.

Penis Girth

The age-old question, “Does size matter?” has been debated for eons. Both men and women alike are interested to know what really gives. Men are obsessed with the size of their penis and many have found ways to make their member larger. That’s why the penis enlargement industry is booming offering everything — from cream, pills, patches, weights, traction devices, and even surgery. The media and the overly-hyped stories of ‘well-endowed’ men have undoubtedly contributed to the already convoluted subject of penis size.

Men with larger organs are regarded to be more manly and better in bed. Thus, “Bigger is better” has become a popular adage. Furthermore, this insight seems to emanate from male vanity rather than the pleasure that your penis can provide. A small penis is equated to diminished masculinity, virility, and at times, also associated to impotency.

But, in fact, most researches have revealed that the average penis size is not the 12″ advertised by porn stars. Besides, these porn stars are not representative of the average man. They may very well be more well-endowed than you (this is their luck) or have undergone some enlargement procedure. The average penis size is actually between 5.5 to 6.4 inches in erect length and 4.7 to 5.2 inches in girth.

But countless women have agreed that the length of the penis has not much to do with sexual pleasure; but width may indeed matter in the long run. It has to do with stimulating their G-spot which is supposed to be located about two inches inside the upper wall of the vagina.

The nerves that are stimulated during sexual intercourse are located near the entrance of the vagina and the anus. Penis girth is significant here since a meatier penis can stretch out the vaginal or anal walls that stimulate the nerves. This creates friction and sensation that most women love during a sexual experience.

Anyway, preference is still based on the individual woman. Because of the points highlighted above, many women have a penchant for larger dicks. But remember, it’s not only a big penis women crave. They seek passion, intimacy and emotional connection. Remember to show her your love by giving her flowers, a sensual massage, or candles with rose petals. Assault her senses with romantic gestures and you’ll be well rewarded. If you have a girthy penis, you’ll be rewarded even more .

Experiment on different sexual positions and incorporate toys in your love-making. Identify her key erogenous zones (i.e., her clitoris) and come up with techniques to stimulate her — with your tongue, vibrator, fingers, etc.

Penis size is important but it’s also the combination of skill, passion and romance. After all, sex is as much fun as you make it.

The importance of keeping track

The first step of any undertaking is always the hardest. That’s why penis enlargement has to start with a double proof of honesty from you, the customer. The first proof is an honest commitment to the penis enlargement program, while the second is an honest measuring of your penis. If you are persistent and stick to the program of exercises, you will see the good results of your effort sooner than you think. If you measure your penis without exaggerating or trying to protect your ego, then you will be a lot happier when the first inches begin to show. And after having measured your starting length and girth, open your logbook and create the first entry. This first entry is the starting point of your road to becoming a different person.

The length and girth of the penis have to be measured in both the flaccid and erect states, in order to have an accurate view of the penis size. Measuring correctly is vital in this case, more so because your penis is not a piece of wood or metal. The penis is made of tissues that contract and expand according to room temperature, physical exertion and certain psychological factors. Just knowing that you are going to measure your penis is enough to get the blood flowing into the Corpora Cavernosa. Therefore you should try to be as calm as possible before measuring your penis. For both the flaccid and erect states, length is always measured from the side, while standing up straight and keeping the penis extended in front of you. Do not stretch the penis, but simply prop it with your fingers. Girth should always be measured at the middle of the shaft. Remember to use the same spot every time you measure your penis.

Every time you measure your penis, remember to write the size down in your logbook. This way you will be able to identify the growth pace of your own body, based on how much the time it took to add an extra inch of tissue to the penis. At first, you will probably think little of the Penis Health logbook. After all, it contains nothing more than your starting size. However, a couple of months later the logbook will be proof of the results brought by your persistence and a source of pride. It will also help you set the pace of workouts. Be careful, though, because it is far too easy to give in to eagerness and measure your penis every week, although one week is too short to notice any significant changes. Too frequent measuring leads to depression and loss of motivation.

The bottom line is that you need to give a proper place to the logbook. You should not become obsessed with it, but you should not forget all about it either. If you think you may not remember to measure your penis and make a logbook entry every month, then try setting automatic reminders. The mobile phone or computer calendar can make perfect reminders, but feel free to use any method you are comfortable with or have employed successfully before. Thus, your logbook will be both proof of your hard work within the Penis Health program of exercises and a warning that there is still much to be done.
