Warmup - you know the drill

Not to crap on Poke’s version but for the everlasts’s the full head is necessary. Also kegal 80% of the time (and this is to be continued for the whole workout- were talking in quadruple digits for the reps on your kegals)
Clamp (10 minutes) while clamped, kegal (not gonna type that again- you do it the WHOLE workout 80% of the time), horse clamp, errect bends,you know the drill.
Jelq (5 minutes) throw in some needling if you like, the head MUST be full for this workout.
Clamp (10 minutes) same as before.
Jelq/Edge/VariationBlaster - (time??? depends should be around 10 minutes) O.K. this is where it gets tricky (well did for me anyway) with the huge head expansion and all that porn in the background- the first blaster should be ready to blast off ( I crack myself up) in like a minute!! Again you know the drill if not watch the tutorial vid Here. Once you have done one blaster, Jelq and do some bends till you are under control again then do another blaster. In this portion of the workout you want to do 3-4 blasters. Also you better still be doing those kegals!! Now during the last jelq session you may be getting soft- don’t worry the last blaster will take care of that. BUT don’t complete the blaster like in the video this time, do everything up until the compression (so you have the edge, clamp, clamp with other hand, slow 15 second jelq- THEN stop just below the head hold it and do an errect stretch- with the other hand (kinda tricky with just one hand; wrap the base and get into another cableclamp clamp while holding the stretch and kegaling your ass off.)
Clamp (10 minutes) the usual.
Jelq/Edge/variation blaster time again (time???? no idea- probably LONG) This time we are shooting for only 2 blasters and trust me that second one will be tough. It will feel like forever getting to that clamping portion of the blaster (I usually get there like 5 times and then have it subside- also my arms are kiling me at this point and usually have to switch quite a bit). Get that last blaster in and your done!
