unfounrtanatley i took today off again, im too tired to do my routine and its to late to do it, but tommorow im gonna hit it non stop till the 23rd, cause i have gains, i couldnt resist and i measured, i gained about 3/8″ or 1/2″ bonepressed 
and about 3/8″ non bonepressed, and 1/8″ girth
