How to Gain ½� in One Month

This article I’m writing is to help the average new comer. An easy guide to the first month of Penis Enlargement exercises. I successfully gained 1/2� in length in my first month and I gained ¼� in girth midshaft but not at the base. I have never measured the head so I can’t tell you if the head has changed. Midshaft being bigger then the base in girth is usually first hint that someone is doing PE so if you see a porn star like that you know why. This worked for me so there are no guarantees that it will work for everybody but if you chose to embark on the sacred mission of PE there is one thing you need to keep in mind, DEDICATION. I have been PE’ing for close to 2 months now and I have not had a single day where I have done no forms of PE exercises. I digress however and I will now tell my secrets to my gains in my first month.

I have a basic method to my madness, I jelq every other day while I stretch every single day for at least 2 hours. Here are the tools that I use.

This tool that I believe is the key to my PE routine is called the Vimax Extender and can be found on www.vimaxextender.com and if you look on www.mattersofsize.com/forum DLD has a special deal with Vimax where you can get the extender for half off which is what I did. http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?t=20077&highlight=vimax+extender. The second tool I have and every PE’er should have is Vaseline. When you are doing high friction exercises on your penis nothing is more important then lubrication in my book. The last tool is quite simply a ruler and not a wooden ruler but the type that you can wrap around to measure the girth of your penis and also run it along your penis. I have found that it is the easiest to use.

My routine goes as follows sometimes the hours vary that I wear the Vimax Extender but it is very consistent with what I am about to say. On average I wear the Vimax Extender for 2 hours when I get home from school. The important things you need to have when using the Vimax Extender is Curad Scar Therapy Pads. They are about $12.99 at any store with a pharmacy. You will wrap the Curad Pad around your head or else you will have irritation where the band grabs onto your penis. It also helps to keep blood going in and out of the head of the penis while this device is in use. The second thing you need is Dr. Scholl’s Mole Pads which you will wrap around where the plastic comes in contact with your testicles. That will also reduce the irritation and I guarantee you if you don’t do those things good luck wearing the extender for more then an hour a day.

So I wear the extender for 2 hours a day on average and on days where I don’t do jelqing that is my routine for the day nice and simple. On the days that I jelq which is every other day I first started with jelqing I did the new comer routine and did 300 then after one week I jelqed for 15 minutes on the days that I did it. Remember most important thing for jelqing is making sure you have enough Vaseline on your penis. I like to do jelqing erect and I watch porn with headphones on so no one else in the house hears it. The most important thing to remember when jelqing is keep tight pressure and pull very slowly. I like my jelqs to last from 2 to 3 seconds on average. Jelqs are one of the easiest exercises but in my opinion the most rewarding.

When you finish your jelqing I like to do my own version of DLD’s testicular health exercise. I grab the skin at the bottom of my balls and wrap it in my hand and pull. I Keep pressure on it for 60 seconds and I pull as hard as I dare. Once I have done that for 60 seconds I grab the head of my penis and with the bottom of my hand push down on my testicles. I do this for 60 seconds as well. Since I have started doing this my balls have started to hang farther. They don’t have a huge hang on them or anything like that but it is definitely something that I can notice. Most of the time my balls were tight on my body when limp now they are always hanging. They are still tight when I am erect but I am working on that.

When I am done with everything on the days where I do jelqing I hop into the shower and let the water run over my penis for at least 5 minutes. The penis is a very delicate part of your body and taking care of it by doing warm downs and making sure nothing is injured are very important parts of my routine. I do not wish to injure my penis and I take the precautions that are necessary. I hope you enjoyed my small article on how to gain a ½� in the first month.
