warm up
35 minutes of stretching
20 minutes of jelqing

today i tried using a different lube for jelqing….. baby oil gel, as i was doing it i saw little white specks all over my penis. i didnt feel as though i was jelqing right, as i always do wiht petroleum jelly. i then realized that the white specks were my latex gloves comming apart, so i took them off and washed my penis, putnew gloves on and started wiht petroleum jelly, in the first 5 minutes one of the gloves broke, i was angry, but i put another one on, and continued, overall today wasnt too bad, but not as good as other days

    yeah all the time, it helps me grip it when im stretching, plus when i jelq, after i finish, clean up is easy, all i have to do is wash my penis and not my hands, which takes a long time to do
